Job Description – Subject Matter Expert (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology) Work Location: Calicut Open Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology Responsible for the creation of faculty support materials and student learning resources , ensuring alignment with the syllabus and academic objectives for high school, higher secondary, and entrance-oriented programs (NEET/JEE). Must possess strong subject knowledge in the relevant domain with a research-driven approach to identify and solve academic and content-related challenges faced by faculty members. Prepare question papers, assessment materials, and standard PowerPoint presentations designed specifically for the target student audience. Should have substantial experience in developing high-quality, engaging, and student-centric PPT presentations . Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate closely with faculty, gather their content needs, and create tailored academic materials accordingly. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail , ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of all developed content. Ability to work independently as well as in a team , depending on the nature of the project. Must be flexible and adaptable to handle projects assigned on an individual basis or as part of a group and ensure timely completion with quality output. Show more Show less
