With our upcoming store at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, we are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. Role : Fashion Sales Associate Location : Ambience Mall, Gurgaon Reporting to : Store Manager Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, ensuring a warm and premium in-store experience. Understand customer needs and provide styling advice to drive sales. Assist with trial rooms, product selection, and upselling/cross-selling. Manage billing and POS operations (training provided). Maintain store standards: replenishing racks, steaming garments, and ensuring floor readiness. Monitor inventory on the floor and communicate stock needs to the Manager. Support in visual merchandising and display changes. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in fashion retail (freshers welcome with the right attitude). Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Customer-first mindset, with a polished and approachable personality. Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
