As an experienced RPA Developer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in automation using UiPath Studio and Microsoft Power Automate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into automated workflows. Additionally, you will maintain and monitor automated processes post-deployment to ensure continuous operation, create and maintain documentation for automated processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for deployed bots. It is important to follow RPA best practices and ensure code quality, security, and compliance while optimizing and scaling automation solutions across business functions. The required skills for this role include 4-7 years of hands-on RPA development experience, strong expertise in UiPath Studio (REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, Libraries, etc.), proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows), a solid understanding of RPA architecture and development lifecycle, experience in working with APIs, Excel automation, web and desktop automation, familiarity with SQL, VB.NET/C#, or Python (a plus), good understanding of security, governance, and compliance in RPA implementations, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.,
