What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace platforms . Create and manage content calendars across Instagram, Pinterest, and other social channels . Collaborate with the design and product teams to create story-driven content and creatives. Manage listings and promotions on Amazon, Tata Cliq, and other digital marketplaces . Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC) and generate actionable reports. Coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships to grow brand visibility. Identify digital trends and seasonal opportunities (Diwali, weddings, festivals, etc.) to boost engagement and conversions. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with lifestyle, design, or retail brands . Experience with performance marketing tools (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads Manager). A storyteller at heart, with strong writing skills and an eye for design. Hands-on with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic SEO. Strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of consumer behavior in the premium lifestyle or gifting space.
