Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students. Assist students in setting academic and career goals. Address social, emotional, and behavioral issues. Develop and implement student support programs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff. Maintain student records and confidentiality. Organize workshops and career guidance sessions. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors or Masters degree in B.COM, BBA , Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Prior experience in student counseling is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with diverse student populations.
