Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and career-focused individuals who can drive student acquisition through effective telephone communication.

The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students, understand their career interests, generate interest in our programmes and bring qualified prospects to the institute for counselling.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who want to grow in sales, customer acquisition and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective students.
• Proactively approach every assigned lead and maximise contact opportunities.
• Pitch relevant training programmes and explain their career benefits.
• Convert interested enquiries into confirmed counselling appointments.
• Drive daily walk-ins by maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Update lead databases with accurate remarks and next follow-up dates.
• Prepare daily performance reports covering calls, connections, interested leads and walk-ins.
• Achieve assigned monthly student acquisition targets.
