Structural Estimation engineer

As a Structural Estimation Engineer for our client location in Kerala, your role will involve: - Analysing the plan and specifications of the proposed work to calculate the quantity of materials based on clients' requirements. - Calculating the accurate labor and material costs to be incurred. - Comparing estimated budgets with actual expenses for completed projects and maintaining documents for future references. - Preparing daily expense/work progress reports of ongoing sites and sending them out. - Preparation of contract agreements and maintaining the necessary documents. - Preparing the format of additional works connected with the project and keeping the documents organized. - Updating the list of quotations and maintaining the files. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: BE in Civil Engineering. - Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in structural estimation, BOQ Preparation, and Cost Analysis. - Area of Function: Thrissur In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers the following benefits: - Provident Fund - Yearly bonus This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift/morning shift schedule.
