About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Create detailed structural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) 2. Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design solutions and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes 3. Implement design concepts into accurate and functional drawings, incorporating knowledge of building materials and construction techniques 4. Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and record-keeping 5. Review and modify existing drawings based on project updates and feedback 6. Conduct site visits to gather data and verify project specifications if required 7. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and building codes Requirements: 1. Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software 2. Understand construction and building codes 3. Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans 4. Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy 5. Exhibit good communication and collaboration skills 6.
