Structural BIM Engineer/ Modeller

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing models and drawings, quantities take off/schedules while understanding client requirements and standards for developing models, details, and drawings. Ensuring the QC process is being followed for timely delivery of high-quality work. Standardizing workflows based on project requirements and managing electronic information. Coordinating with BIM coordinators and Project Managers to promote the standardization of components and processes. Candidate Specification: - ITI in respective Engineering discipline. Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage. - 5-8 years of experience in the field of Modelling and detailing. - Experience in Energy/power projects would be an advantage. - Experience in other sectors can be considered if the candidate has expertise in modelling and detailing of RCC and structural steel structures. - Proficiency in 2D/3D modelling using AutoCAD and Revit. Hands-on experience with MicroStation, CADWORX, CADS RC will be an added advantage. - Technology-focused with an understanding of industry developments. - Ability to guide, troubleshoot, and train team members in BIM projects to drive outcomes. - Assist in Modelling and Extraction of deliverables. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Professional attitude towards work, self-motivated, and a team player with multi-disciplinary coordination skills.
