Structural BIM Engineer/ Modeller (Cadworx)

As a Modeler and Detailer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing models and drawings, performing quantities take off and schedules. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, adhering to QC processes, ensuring delivery to high quality and within timelines, standardizing workflows based on project requirements, and managing electronic information. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with BIM coordinators and Project Managers while promoting standardization of components and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop models and drawings, perform quantities take off and schedules - Understand client requirements and standards for model, detail, and drawings development - Ensure QC process adherence and timely delivery of high-quality output - Standardize workflows based on project requirements and manage electronic information - Coordinate with BIM coordinators and Project Managers - Promote standardization of components and processes Qualifications Required: - ITI in respective Engineering discipline; Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage - 5-8 years of experience in Modelling and detailing - Experience in Energy/power projects preferred; expertise in modelling and detailing of RCC and structural steel structures in other sectors also considered - Proficiency in 2D/3D modelling using AutoCAD and Revit; experience in MicroStation, CADWORX, CADS RC will be advantageous - Technology-focused with understanding of industry developments - Ability to guide, troubleshoot, and train team members in BIM projects - Assist in Modelling and Extraction of deliverables - Good communication and leadership skills - Professional attitude, self-motivated, and a team player with multi-disciplinary coordination skills Our company values equality, diversity, and inclusion, promoting fair employment procedures and practices to ensure equal opportunities for all.
