We are now seeking a dynamic professional to join us as Manager - Finance, a pivotal role responsible for maintaining financial discipline, ensuring seamless compliance, and keeping our fund operations running smoothly. We are looking for someone who thrives on precision, understands tax and regulatory frameworks, and can transform numbers into insights that drive decision-making. As the Manager - Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across our fund and AMC entities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing timely audits, accurate fund accounting, investor distributions, and adherence to tax and statutory obligations. To succeed in this role, you will need a detail-oriented mindset, strong regulatory acumen, proactive task ownership, sound fund accounting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Your key responsibilities will involve managing taxation and statutory compliance, overseeing audits and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings, conducting financial planning and analysis, and supporting the Investor Relations team with accurate and timely statements. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as IR, Legal, and external advisors to ensure seamless coordination.
