Roles and ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications, working across the front-end and back-end.Frontend Development: Implement user interfaces with a focus on responsive design, usability, and performance.Backend Development: Work with OptaPlanner/Timefold or similar optimization frameworks to improve routing and scheduling efficiency. Develop and optimize server-side logic, APIs, and databases to ensure high performance and responsiveness.Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and conduct testing and debugging for quality assurance.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and data scientists, to develop innovative solutions.System Enhancement: Continuously improve our existing systems by identifying and implementing performance improvements.Desired Candidate Profile2-5 years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms).Bachelor's degree in Computers or Information Technology (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.Proficiency in Java is a MUST.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)Experience with cloud infra (AWS/Google Cloud)
