• Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or civil engineering sectors is highly beneficial.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage priorities independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Vadodara.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
