STP/ETP TECHNICIAN

Equipment Operation: Operate pumps, blowers, aerators, filters, and chemical feeders to control the flow and treatment of wastewater.

Process Monitoring: Oversee treatment processes such as screening, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection to ensure proper functioning.

Water Quality Testing: Collect and analyze wastewater samples to monitor parameters like pH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, and bacterial content to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Maintenance & Repairs: Perform daily checks, routine maintenance, and basic repairs on plant machinery and equipment, including lubricating parts and cleaning filters.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of plant operations, test results, maintenance activities, and equipment performance for reporting and troubleshooting.

Chemical Dosing: Add chemicals, such as hypochlorite for disinfection, at appropriate dosages to achieve desired water quality.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues, coordinating with maintenance staff as needed to ensure continuous operation.

Safety & Housekeeping: Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent accidents.

Sludge Management: Remove, pump, and process sludge from sedimentation tanks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
