Job Title: Retail Store Staff Location : Hazaribagh, Jharkhand About Us:- Apna Mart is leading Retail Grocery Store and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards across our stores . We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Retail Operations Executive to join our team and contribute to our on going success. Overview: Join our team Apna Mart as a Retail Store Staff member and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, exchanges, and refunds. Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times. Required Skills : Previous retail experience preferred but not required. Basic communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Enthusiasm for learning about products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
