Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage a team, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and key business metrics.
• Maintain visual merchandising, inventory, and store hygiene.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience on paper.

• Proven experience in retail store management or team leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
