Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive seamless and efficient store operations every day
• Maintain inventory accuracy, store hygiene, and process adherence
• Analyze store metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment and on-time delivery
• Make quick, thoughtful decisions to remove operational bottlenecks before they impact customers or the business
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee store supervision, including training and development of team members to achieve sales targets.
• Implement effective shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and sales data using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail store operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty & health industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High ownership and a bias for action, with the ability to identify problems and solve them proactively
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for operational excellence
• Customer obsession thats reflected in every action and decision
• The ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and bring the best out of teams
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
