Dear Team , Job Title: Store Manager Location: Bagnan, West Bengal Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 (Net) Company: Tandhan Polyplast Limited Industry: Plastic Manufacturing Job Summary: Tandhan Polyplast Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee and manage our inventory and materials in the plastic manufacturing unit at Bagnan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing store operations and inventory, along with strong ERP system knowledge for efficient stock control and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and storing raw materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software to track stock levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure the proper storage, identification, and labeling of all inventory items to avoid discrepancies. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials and products. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Oversee the preparation of GRN (Goods Received Notes) and ensure all entries are accurate in the ERP system. Monitor stock levels and provide regular reports to management. Implement and maintain safety protocols within the store to prevent loss or damage to materials. Supervise store personnel and ensure efficient functioning of the store department. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track the status of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to storage and inventory management. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Store Manager, preferably in the plastic or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of ERP systems for inventory management. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with stock management software. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
