Job Title: Store Keeper - Retail Showroom Location: Tiruchirapalli , Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee our retail showroom's warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, coordinate logistics, supervise warehouse staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to support efficient retail operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies. Implement inventory control procedures to track product movements and reduce wastage. Utilize inventory management software to log incoming and outgoing products and generate reports.ApnaApna+2Dohaj+2Joblum+2 Warehouse Operations Oversee the organization and storage of goods in the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and easy retrieval. Supervise loading, unloading, and timely placement of products in respective sections. Ensure that storage conditions meet regulatory and product-specific standards. Coordinate with showroom staff to arrange for timely replenishment of items from the warehouse to the sales floor.Dohaj Team Management Lead and manage warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, ensuring adherence to operational procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment. Train warehouse and inventory team members in stock handling, safety protocols, and software use. Ensure proper staffing levels for the warehouse, especially during high-demand periods.Apna+8Dohaj+8MyJobMag+8 Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining safe operating conditions. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all employees follow safety protocols and guidelines. Oversee disposal of expired or damaged products following company and legal guidelines.ApnaDohaj Reporting & Documentation Generate regular reports on stock levels, order status, and any discrepancies for management review. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, shipments, and receipts. Manage returns and ensure proper documentation of returned goods or damaged products.DohajApna Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. Preferred Skills: Experience with specific retail software platforms (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle Retail). Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
