Job Title: Data Entry Operator - Retail Showroom Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Salary : As per Company Standards Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Operator to support our retail showroom operations. The ideal candidate will manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, oversee inventory databases, ensure smooth IT operations, and provide basic technical support to staff. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain POS systems, ensuring accurate transaction processing. Monitor and update inventory management software to reflect real-time stock levels. Coordinate price changes and promotional updates with the sales floor team. Generate and distribute daily sales, inventory, and performance reports. Perform routine backups and ensure data integrity across systems. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues promptly. Collaborate with the IT department for system updates and maintenance. Train new staff on system operations and best practices. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a retail environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems. Strong understanding of POS systems and retail operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
