Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage and supervise store staff including scheduling and performance evaluations. Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory and staff performance. Co-ordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with minimum 1 year of experience as store incharge.
