About the Role:

Store Director to lead our new store in Bellandur, Bengaluru

You will take ownership of the stores overall performance, culture, and day-to-day operations, ensuring every aspect of the experience reflects our brands standards. From building a high-performing team and driving sales to creating meaningful guest connections and delivering operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the store as a destination for exceptional food, discovery, and community.

What Youll Lead:

• People & Culture:

  Build, coach and inspire a high-performing, cross-trained team across Retail, Caf, Operations and Digital Concierge.

• Guest Experience & Community:

  Create exceptional guest experiences through VIP engagement, tastings, masterclasses and local collaborations.

• Business & P&L:

  Drive sales, margins, average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion and labour productivity while controlling waste and shrinkage.

• Operations & Excellence:

  Ensure adherence to SOPs, inventory accuracy, audit readiness and disciplined stock and waste management.

• Omnichannel & Digital:

  Integrate store, website, WhatsApp and phone orders while growing memberships and repeat business through personalised outreach.

• Visual Merchandising & Storytelling:

  Bring the brand to life through merchandising, tasting counters and seasonal experiences.

• Partnerships & Compliance:

  Manage relationships with property partners and relevant authorities while ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.

Leadership & People:

• Onboarding & Development:

  Establish clear 30/60/90-day goals, cross-training plans and succession pipelines.

• Coaching & Performance:

  Drive daily huddles, regular coaching, development conversations and talent reviews.

• Standards & Training:

  Uphold service standards, brand voice, grooming and escalation protocols, with full compliance training.

• Workforce Planning:

  Optimise rosters and team deployment to meet business demand without compromising guest experience.

• Culture & Retention:

  Build an accountable, approachable and high-performing team through recognition, feedback and development.

• Quality & Audits:

  Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, training and operational compliance.

What You've Done

• 6 to 10 years of experience in premium or luxury retail or hospitality, preferably in food-led environments, with experience leading teams across multiple functions.
• Proven ownership of P&L, sales KPIs, inventory management, audits and loss prevention.
• Experience in guest relationship management, remote selling and omnichannel fulfilment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with property partners and local authorities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and FSSAI requirements.
• A compelling storyteller with a genuine passion for food and beverage.

• Store operations run seamlessly, with clear routines, actionable dashboards and consistent SOP adherence.
• Key guests are understood and engaged personally, driving repeat orders, loyalty and successful events.
• Inventory remains accurate, waste and shrinkage reduce, and audits consistently meet required standards.
