As an experienced individual with 10+ years of expertise in Backup and Storage Administration on cloud, you will play a crucial role in designing end-to-end storage, backup, and disaster recovery architectures across on-premises and Azure environments. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Architecting scalable, secure, and highly available Azure IaaS/PaaS storage solutions including Blob, Files, Disks, and Archive. - Defining best practices, high-level and low-level designs (HLDs, LLDs), standards, and policies for storage and backup systems. - Leading infrastructure and cloud migration projects involving storage and backup components. - Establishing and enforcing architectural standards, operational procedures, and automation-first principles within the organization. - Implementing and managing automation processes for scaling, backups, disaster recovery, patching, and compliance. - Serving as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex issues related to storage, backup, and Azure infrastructure. - Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for critical incidents. - Mentoring and providing support to L1-L3 engineers, as well as reviewing technical designs and changes. - Collaborating with application, cybersecurity, and cloud architects to ensure alignment of infrastructure with business requirements. - Evaluating new technologies and proposing improvements to optimize cost and performance. Qualifications required for this position include a B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science and proficiency in HLDs, LLDs, designing end-to-end storage, Azure, PaaS storage solutions, and cybersecurity.,
