Stock Controller/Administrator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining office stock operations, ensuring accurate stock records, receiving and organizing incoming goods, preparing dispatch orders, and coordinating with logistics partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining proper storage, labeling, and shelf management of items, tracking inventory movement, working closely with the sales team, conducting routine stock audits, ensuring warehouse/stockroom cleanliness and safety, and taking full responsibility for stock health and continuous improvement in store operations. Your role will also involve contributing ideas, taking initiative, and supporting the company's long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update daily stock records with accuracy - Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods such as hand tools, machine tools, and measuring instruments - Prepare dispatch orders, pack materials, and coordinate with logistics partners - Maintain proper storage, labeling, and shelf management of items - Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving inventory; raise alerts for reordering - Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely material availability - Perform routine stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records - Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse/stockroom - Take full responsibility for stock health and continuous improvement in store operations - Contribute ideas, take initiative, and support the company's long-term growth Qualifications Required: - Proactive, organized, and growth-driven individual - Eager to take ownership and ready to grow with the company - Previous experience in stock management or related field is preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures (Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company),
