As a Stock Broker-Trading, you will play a crucial role in executing client orders, operating stock trading terminals, and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Your responsibilities will include updating clients on their positions, providing market insights, resolving customer queries effectively, and encouraging maximum participation from clients to increase trading volumes and revenue. You will also be expected to cross-sell other financial products and services to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Execute client orders with precision on stock trading terminals. - Confirm trades by the end of the day (EOD) and maintain accurate record-keeping. - Update clients on their positions and provide regular market insights. - Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively. - Ensure accurate and timely execution of orders on the trading terminal. - Activate inactive clients and encourage maximum participation. - Guide customers to increase trading volumes and overall revenue. - Cross-sell other financial products and services. Qualifications Required: - Equity trading experience. - Knowledge of securities. - NCFM/NISM certification. - Proficiency in handling de-mat accounts. - Degree Mandatory. In this role, you will need a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. The work location is in person, and the job types include full-time, permanent, and fresher positions.
