In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a project framework to deliver engineering and design services. You will provide cross-discipline supervision by directing project and discipline execution activities. Building trust and fostering positive relationships between engineering teams of the customer, lead office, and GID will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be expected to promote a culture of continual improvement and ensure the proper implementation of work share methodologies and processes. Your key accountabilities will include reviewing professional service estimates, ensuring technical integrity in design and safe work practices, and managing engineering data systems and standards. You will be responsible for driving innovative solutions, developing engineering plans to support project delivery, and managing engineering deliveries with a focus on quality requirements. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have at least 18 years of relevant experience in the industry. You should have a strong understanding of cross-discipline work, interfaces, and work sequencing, as well as advanced knowledge of systems, processes, and tools. Achieving results, pushing to achieve stretched goals, and dealing with new concepts comfortably are essential qualities for this position.
