STEM Curriculum Developer & Designer

As a STEM Curriculum Developer & Designer at STEMx India, your role will involve designing engaging and hands-on learning experiences for students across various grade levels. You will be responsible for developing innovative curriculum modules in Robotics, Electronics, AI, Coding, and STEM-integrated project learning aligned with national and international educational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop grade-wise STEM curriculum, lesson plans, student workbooks, teacher manuals, and assessments. - Create interactive, project-based learning content using electronics, robotics kits, and digital tools. - Ensure alignment with CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE & IB curriculum frameworks and 21st-century skill outcomes. - Collaborate with hardware and operations teams to integrate STEMx India's products effectively. - Prepare training material and support teacher training initiatives. - Conduct frequent curriculum reviews and update content based on feedback from schools and trainers. - Research global STEM trends and incorporate best practices into the content. - Ensure content quality, grade-appropriateness, scientific accuracy, and safety compliance. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in STEM (Engineering/Science/Education or related field). - Strong understanding of Robotics, Coding, Arduino/Microcontrollers, Electronics, and/or Maker Skills. - Experience in curriculum writing or K-12 education preferred. - Excellent content writing, structuring, and documentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging student-friendly formats. - Creative mindset with proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Canva, MS Office, Google Suite). **Preferred Additional Skills:** - Experience with robotics kits (LEGO, Arduino, micro:bit, DIY robotics). - Knowledge of AR/VR, 3D printing, IoT, AI, or coding platforms (Scratch, Blockly, Python etc.). - Visual/graphic design ability for educational material (desirable but not mandatory). - Classroom teaching or teacher-training experience is a plus.
