About the Role:

STEM Curricular Designer

In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities

• Design and structure curriculum materials in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics for AI model training.
• Evaluate and annotate educational content to ensure pedagogical accuracy and alignment with learning standards.
• Collaborate with AI trainers and subject matter experts to enhance STEM model outputs.
• Identify gaps in AI-generated educational content and suggest instructional strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a STEM-related discipline.
• Experience designing K-12 or higher education curricula in STEM subjects.
• Familiarity with learning standards (e.g., NGSS, CBSE, IB).
• Strong written communication and attention to educational detail.
