As a Demonstrator specializing in Barbending and Steel Fixing, your primary responsibility will be to effectively demonstrate all job-related Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to trainees and ensure adherence to safety norms during practical exercises provided by the organization. You will be accountable for conducting practical exercises on a daily basis as per the lesson plan, including demonstrating the use of tools, tackles, and machinery. In addition to practical demonstrations, you will be required to conduct theory classes, organize theory tests, evaluate the test results, and facilitate E-Learning sessions. You will also be responsible for virtually displaying tools, tackles, and machinery to enhance the learning experience for trainees. It will be essential for you to maintain quality and productivity standards throughout the practical exercises. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in the development of new practical modules within the practical yard, contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of the training program. Your commitment to ensuring a high level of competency and proficiency among trainees will be instrumental in preparing them for successful careers in Barbending and Steel Fixing. If you possess a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree along with a minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience, and if you have expertise in BAR BENDING, STEEL WORKS, DEMONSTRATION, and TECHNICAL DEMONSTRATIONS, we invite you to join our team at HYDR-L&T Energy - Hydrocarbon in Cuttack.
