Key Responsibilities: 1. Field Training Coverage & Participation Conduct a minimum of 15 field days/month supporting field force development. Train/evaluate MRs/ASMs monthly. Ensure >90% execution of planned training interventions in assigned regions. 2. Skill Development Conduct pre/post assessments to measure training effectiveness. Track improvement in product knowledge, objection handling & call quality. Utilise structured tools to measure competency progression. 3. Sales Performance Support Drive measurable sales impact in HQs post-training through field support. Analyse pre-post performance trends using Salesforce/SFA tools. Provide on-ground coaching for improving conversion ratios. 4. Evaluation & Feedback Reporting Submit evaluation reports post field visits. Deliver actionable insights on each evaluated MR/ASM. Share monthly training dashboards and summary reports with HO. 5. Evaluation Effectiveness Conduct online evaluations on non-field days across assigned regions. Recommend action plans for performance improvement to RSMs/ASMs. Collaborate with line managers for follow-up interventions. 6. Online Training Sessions Conduct online training monthly for the new/ongoing training batches. Evaluate and improve product knowledge and communication skills of trainees. ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences/Pharmacy 6+ years’ experience in pharma sales/training Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs & evaluation frameworks Excellent communication (oral & writing), coaching & analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office & sales tracking tools
