Role & responsibilities Manage the meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the Managing Director and Senior Management. Act as a liaison with external vendors/agencies for ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. Oversee office administration including facilities management, vendor coordination, procurement, and record-keeping. Assist HR and accounts team with administrative coordination as required. Support decision-making by organizing information, tracking action items, and prioritizing tasks. Preferred candidate profile 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Administrative professional in a regulated environment Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High level of discretion and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems Knowledge of accounting is essential. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform under pressure.
