Key Responsibilities 1. Client/Brand Coordination Serve as the single point of contact for all client/project-related communication. Understand order details, specifications, timelines, and technical requirements shared by the brand. Communicate project updates, timelines, and concerns regularly to clients and internal teams. Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meetings) and follow up on action items. 2. Order & Project Management Receive and verify client orders; initiate internal project planning. Create project trackers and maintain timelines. Align internal teams procurement, production, QC, dispatch based on project requirements. 3. Material Planning & Coordination Review BOM and material requirements for each project. Coordinate with procurement for purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and material timelines. Track material inflow and ensure there are no shortages or delays. Raise and escalate any risks related to material availability. 4. Production Planning & Execution Collaborate with the Production Manager to prepare daily/weekly production schedules. Ensure production teams have all materials, packing items, and instructions required. Track production output and maintain daily progress reports. Ensure projects run as per planned schedules without bottlenecks. 5. Process Flow Management Handle and streamline the complete manufacturing flow: Client Order BOM Review Material Planning Material Arrival Production Scheduling Assembly & Testing Quality Checks Packaging Dispatch Delivery Updates to Client 6. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination Plan dispatches based on priority and client schedules. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for packaging readiness, labeling, and documentation. Share dispatch details with clients and internally track deliveries. 7. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and maintain MIS reports: Material status Production progress Pending tasks Dispatch summaries Maintain project timelines, risk registers, and escalation notes. Ensure accurate documentation at all stages of the project. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate/ B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, or relevant fields preferred). 47 years’ experience in project management, operations, or EMS/electronics manufacturing. PMP Certificate. Strong communication skills for handling both internal teams and external brands. Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and documentation. Understanding of production, supply chain, and quality processes. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
