Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Plant HR Head in Shamshabad Look for someone who is already a Plant HR Head managing a headcount of 1000 - 1500 employees from any Engineering companies. Automotive companies are also ok. At Shamshabad, the company has 2 plants in a single campus - Fiber Plant & Cable Plant Hence, Stakeholder management is a must as he will be managing the Plant Heads The candidate should manage the entire portfolio of HR. Someone who has the experience of managing 2-3 plants will be an ideal candidate Must have experience in handling IR issues Good English communication is a must as he will be dealing with external clients like Meta, Virgin Media etc Preferred candidate profile 1. Plant Head HR with Managing headcount of 1500 - 2000 head counts 2. Stakeholder Management 3. Work experience in Manufacturing sector 4. Telugu language mandatory
