• Successful and timely delivery of all projects

• Managing relationships with the team, senior business leaders and other functional leaders

• Act as the first point of escalation

• Prioritize and set milestones for the team

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication

• Ability to generate new ideas and provide unique perspective to the issue under consideration

Education Requirement :

• MBA from tier I institute

Experience Requirement :

• 9 - 12 Years Overall Experience

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

• Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive

• Detail orientation and decision making in ambiguous situations

• Individuals with ability to deliver in high pressure and demanding work situations
