In-Patient Service Manager Oversee and direct the activities related to pre-admission, registration and financial counseling in order to establish and protect the hospital's reimbursement position. Monitor staffing, resolve issues and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Supervise activities of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality information. Taking care of All types of IP - Admissions Develop and maintain an effective relationship between Patient Business Services and physicians and internal customers. Develop, recommend, and implement changes in department policies and procedures as appropriate to enhance the delivery of services.
