Your Key Responsibilities Produce and review design solutions from outline briefs, correctly interpret data and effectively communicate to others. Check design and assessment calculations and review detailed drawings. Work on multiple projects concurrently with limited supervision. Civil3D and / or Inroads and/or 12D knowledge is a plus. Good knowledge of all aspects of technical standards and design codes such as AASHTO, Austroads, DMRB. Design delivery in Open Roads on international projects is a must. Ability to take directions from senior engineers and execute them efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite Effective communicator and able to work under tight schedule. Competent level of client service management, i.e. able to interface with clients and to build and maintain lasting, positive relationships with our clients. Strong organizational and problem resolutions skills. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, technical specialists. Travel other job demands.
