Staff Nurse (South Indian)

Staff Nurses Required - Prefrence for South background

Job location - Modipuram (Meerut)

Salary -up to 18k

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to assigned patients.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during rounds, medical procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure infection control protocols and hospital hygiene standards are followed.
• Prepare patients for tests, surgeries, or discharge, and provide post-care instructions.
• Support patient families with emotional and informational needs.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure it is used correctly and maintained properly.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the State Nursing Council.
• Minimum 0–2 years of hospital experience (fresher or experienced both accepted).
• Sound clinical knowledge and basic life support (BLS) skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.

Work Environment:

• Rotational shifts (day/night).
• High-pressure medical environment with emergency response readiness.
• Frequent interaction with patients, doctors, and support staff.
