We are hiring Male Nurses to be part of our dedicated care team. Qualifications: BSc Nursing / PC BSc / GNM Experience in psychiatric care preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply Be a part of a compassionate, professional environment focused on holistic mental health and well-being. Job Descriptions Monitor patients’ mental and physical health conditions. Administer medications and observe for side effects or reactions. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Participate in therapeutic interventions, including counseling sessions and group therapy. Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, including monitoring for self-harm or aggressive behavior. De-escalate tense or potentially violent situations using verbal and behavioral techniques. Maintain detailed patient records and update treatment documentation. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other health professionals. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies.
