Staff Nurse (ICU)

WE ARE LOOKING FEMALE STAFF NURSES FOR OUR HOSPITAL

ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Staff Nurse provides direct patient care to critically ill or injured individuals in a hospital's intensive care unit. They monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, assist with medical procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Monitoring:Continuously observe and assess patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation, and neurological status.
• Medication Administration:Administer prescribed medications, including intravenous fluids, and manage medication dosages based on patient response.
• Medical Procedures:Assist with or perform procedures such as inserting IV lines, drawing blood, and administering oxygen therapy.
• Treatment Plan Implementation:Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement and adjust patient care plans.
• Emergency Response:Be prepared to respond to急救 상황, providing life-saving interventions and stabilizing patients.
• Patient and Family Support:Offer emotional support to patients and their families during a stressful time.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in the patient's condition.
• Equipment Management:Operate and monitor various medical equipment used in the ICU, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Collaboration:Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Infection Control:Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
• Ongoing Education:Pursue professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in critical care nursing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nursing License (Preferred)
