Staff Nurse (ICU)

As a Registered Nurse in this role, your primary responsibility will be to perform approved therapeutic or diagnostic procedures based upon patients" clinical status. This includes evaluating patients" vital signs and laboratory data to determine emergency intervention needs. You will also be responsible for administering blood and blood products, as well as monitoring patients for signs and symptoms related to transfusion. Your duties will also involve administering medications intravenously, by injection, orally, through gastric tubes, or by other methods. Moreover, you will advocate for patients" and families" needs, providing emotional support when required. Setting up and monitoring medical equipment and devices such as cardiac monitors, mechanical ventilators, alarms, oxygen delivery devices, transducers, and pressure lines will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform approved therapeutic or diagnostic procedures based upon patients" clinical status - Evaluate patients" vital signs and laboratory data to determine emergency intervention needs - Administer blood and blood products, monitoring patients for signs and symptoms related to transfusion - Administer medications intravenously, by injection, orally, through gastric tubes, or by other methods - Advocate for patients" and families" needs, providing emotional support when required - Set up and monitor medical equipment and devices such as cardiac monitors, mechanical ventilators, alarms, oxygen delivery devices, transducers, and pressure lines - Monitor patients" fluid intake and output to detect emerging problems like fluid and electrolyte imbalances - Monitor patients for changes in status and indications of conditions such as cardiogenic shock and institute appropriate interventions Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred) - Experience: Nursing - 2 years (Preferred), Total work - 2 years (Preferred) - Language: Hindi (Preferred) - License/Certification: Nursing License (Preferred) This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule.,
