Staff Nurse- GNM/ANM

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse registered with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) to join our healthcare team. The candidate must hold a valid GNM diploma with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, or ANM with a minimum of 4 + years of experience. The role involves providing patient care, administering medications, and coordinating with the medical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as per clinical protocols and nursing standards
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient symptoms
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
• Assist in diagnostic tests and follow-up care
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to plan patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing audits

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:
• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• OR
• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Registration: Must be registered .
• Experience in: Hospitals preferred
• Basic knowledge of emergency protocols, patient care and hospital hygiene practices
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
