Role Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Assist with patient assessments and care planning. Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed. Assist physicians during examinations and procedures. Manage wound care and dressing changes effectively. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Facilitate patient transport and coordinate care with other departments. Engage with patients to gather feedback and improve care services. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in nursing practice. Qualifications BSc in Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification. Valid nursing license in India. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred. Understanding of infection control procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism. Commitment to continuing education and professional growth. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
