I'm very much excited to say that I lost 11 kgs. Before I can't able to walk because of knee pain. But now I recovered from knee pain toe pain. Now I'm so happy to say that I can able to walk, run and im doing my work easily. I'm continuously going to this centre to reach my ideal weight soon.
