Job Description

As an Offshore OutSystems Lead at Tietoevry, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing applications using the OutSystems platform. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders, you will gather and analyze requirements to create and maintain workflows, user interfaces, and data models within OutSystems. Your responsibilities will also include conducting testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance, as well as participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. It will be essential for you to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, staying updated with the latest OutSystems features and industry trends to enhance development processes continuously. Working closely with QA teams, you will ensure the quality and performance of applications. Your involvement in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, will be crucial in driving the project forward.
