Sr.SDET

As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of an entire application/area by implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches, designing test plans, and maintaining high test coverage with regression suites and test pipelines across all environments. Your role will involve developing test automation frameworks and tools to enhance scalability, performance, and portability of test suites. You will have the opportunity to learn various coding languages and frameworks to broaden your skill set for future projects. In addition to creating automation scripts for CI/CD processes, testing, and other tasks, you will actively participate in software product development with a focus on defect prevention and overall quality improvement. Your expertise in frontend automation testing using Java and Selenium, along with experience in automation frameworks like Cucumber, TestNG, Rest Assured, and others, will be crucial for this role. You should also possess a strong understanding of backend/API testing, relational databases, SQL queries, and CI/CD practices. With 6-8 years of experience as an SDET, you will be expected to devise effective test strategies and plans for both short-term and long-term projects. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
