Content & Social Media Coordinator (Male/Female) Department: MD Office / Corporate Communications Location: Jalna Reports To: Managing Director (MD) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to support the Managing Director in day-to-day office tasks, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills , strong writing ability, and be well-versed in platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional/social networks. Key Responsibilities: Assist the MD in daily office operations , meetings, and communication. Create, edit, and manage content for internal and external communication , including posts, articles, newsletters, and presentations. Manage and grow the companys social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Draft professional emails, letters, and documents on behalf of the MD. Coordinate with internal teams for updates, announcements, and campaigns. Monitor social media trends and suggest engaging content ideas . Maintain confidentiality in all communications and work-related matters. Support in event coordination, online campaigns, and digital branding activities. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate / Post Graduate in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Well-versed with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms . Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint). Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Professional appearance, confident, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. Preferred Attributes: Previous experience supporting senior management or MD-level executives. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
