Draft, review, and send professional correspondence (emails), schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, and provide support for CSR and fundraising-related engagements. 2. Conduct research and analysis to support, identify, evaluate, and present potential partnership and collaboration opportunities. 3. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, and other key documents; support in relationship management with external stakeholders for smooth execution. 4. Research and follow up on key issues and incoming concerns, manage special projects with organizational impact, and gather data to support strategic initiatives. 5. Provide support services including travel arrangements, event coordination, and guest handling. 6. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and additional responsibilities as directed by the CEO. Qualifications Required Should be a graduate ; An MBA will be an added advantage . Should have a strong command of English language . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of business correspondence. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail, strong analytical and presentation skills, and a proactive approach. Proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage confidential information with discretion. Designation: Office Assistant Location: Office present in Basavanagudi, Bangalore (preferably residing in Jayanagar, Basavanagudi, JP Nagar, Banashankari) Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support * Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. * Visit vendors and government offices for supply coordination, sample delivery, and related administrative work. * Conduct school visits as required to ensure morning nutrition supplies and facilitate employee volunteering activities. * Manage incoming and outgoing letters, couriers, and parcels; oversee timely delivery and receipt by monitoring transport logistics. * Support in printing and procurement of materials such as ID cards, business cards, brochures, and other collaterals. 2. Coordination & Communication Support and communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to facilitate operational requirements. 3. Office Maintenance * Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and others. * Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of the office premises. * Report and follow up on maintenance or repair needs in coordination with the concerned team. 4. Other Support Functions * Facilitate logistics and arrangements for meetings and events when required. * Perform errands or administrative tasks outside the office, including travel to Muddenahalli office as needed. Qualifications Required * Should have completed 10th or 12th standard/ Diploma . * Should be able to converse fluently in Kannada; knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage. * Familiarity with using printers, scanners, and other basic office equipment. * Possess a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. * Should be able to communicate promptly and effectively over the phone and WhatsApp with staff members. * Should have a vehicle with a valid Driving License to travel within the city and run errands.
