Lead Technical Recruiter - US & India Staffing (5+ Years Experience) | Immediate Joiner Location : Initially Remote, with potential Bengaluru on-site transition Role Overview Seeking a dynamic Lead Recruiter with proven experience in US and India staffing. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle-driving talent acquisition strategies, leading teams, and ensuring successful onboarding across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and early-stage consultant engagement. Sourcing & Acquisition: Leverage major job boards and AI recruitment tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify quality candidates for IT and non-IT roles. Client Coordination: Collaborate with Account and Delivery Managers to align recruitment strategies with client needs and delivery timelines. Candidate Engagement: Conduct screenings, negotiate pay rates, ensure compliance, and maintain consistent communication through onboarding. Leadership: Guide and manage a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and help achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly targets. Compliance & Documentation: Oversee all onboarding documentation, background checks, and CRM/ATS updates. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years in US and India IT/Non-IT staffing. Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across US time zones (EST/PST/CST/MST). Competence in handling multiple positions parallelly with high accuracy. Immediate availability. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing mid- to senior-level US clients. Proven leadership or recruiter training experience. Proficiency with ATS platforms and AI-driven recruitment dashboards. Strong consultant/vendor relationship management and business development mindset.
