As an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) specializing in Microsoft PowerApps, you will be expected to possess substantial experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in Power Platform (such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure services, and automation frameworks. Your responsibilities will include developing solutions utilizing Kusto Query Language (KQL), automating workflows through IcM and Geneva/Jarvis, and overseeing environments like AME. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD and environment management is crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing and automating workflows using Power Automate and IcM. - Creating dashboards and reports in Power BI. - Querying and analyzing data using Kusto Query Language in Azure Monitor/Log Analytics. - Overseeing incidents and operational workflows via Geneva/Jarvis. - Developing and deploying solutions within the Azure environment. - Utilizing Azure DevOps for pipeline creation, environment management, and project tracking. **Preferred Skills:** - In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Microsoft Azure infrastructure, and services. - Hands-on experience with automation and monitoring tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. - Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools. - Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. **Deliverables:** **Performance Parameters:** 1. **Process:** Number of cases resolved per day, adherence to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, customer feedback, NSAT/ESAT. 2. **Team Management:** Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism. 3. **Capability Development:** Completed triages, Technical Test performance. **Mandatory Skills:** Microsoft PowerApps **Experience:** 5-8 Years Embark on a transformative journey with Wipro, where we are shaping a modern approach to digital transformation.
