Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Observability Engineer

Location: Bangalore / Hybrid
Experience: 8+ Years

Your Profile:
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and Observability.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud , including Azure Monitor, Automation, Traffic Manager, and cloud-native monitoring services.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and auditing CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and infrastructure automation.
  • 3+ years of experience building observability frameworks using tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch, and related APM solutions.
  • Strong experience monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes-based applications , infrastructure, and data pipelines in production environments.
  • Proven expertise in defining and implementing SLOs, SLIs, error budgets , and platform reliability improvements.
  • Experience setting up and managing Synthetic Monitoring solutions for critical business applications.
  • Hands-on experience implementing APM tools from scratch , with deep understanding of monitoring agents, instrumentation, and telemetry collection.
  • Strong understanding of Resiliency Engineering, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Observability Best Practices .
  • Excellent knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, practices, and culture .
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and coach technical teams while driving operational excellence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
